What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of payment at all vending machines

  

Is it safe to receive orders?

Health Canada maintains guidance on COVID-19 prevention and risks as well as its main modes of transmission.

 

What is ATS doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We prioritize the safety and health of our employees and are committed to provide a safe workplace. Mandatory masks and personal protective equipment are provided in our production centre, fulfillment centre and store, temperature screening, enhanced cleaning, and we staggered shifts and start times to add another layer of social distancing. We have also deployed team members to act as safety ambassadors to perform and maintain critical COVID-related efforts at all vending machines. 

  

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened, unused, or unworn items sold in store or fulfilled by online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by online or purchased at the store between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. 

You may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund:

  • Unworn accessories in its original packaging with tags on
  • Unworn clothing in its original packaging with tags on
  • Unopened essential items in its original packaging with safety seal intact

Please note that we cannot accept the return of:

  • Items purchased through vending locations
  • Opened items
  • Items without tags
  • Health and personal care products and essential products with broken safety seals
  • Items returned more than 14 days past delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
*All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

How do I make a return/exchange?

Please email us at ATS@MVFA.CA with request.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and process your return, most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days later. 

Does ATS do replacements?

Yes, however, we can only replace the exact item and version you ordered (if available). You are responsible to return the damaged item within 14 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
 

I made a purchase at a vending location and the item did not dispense.

Sorry this happened! Please email us a photo of this and provide us with your contact information and mailing address. We will have a replacement shipped out to you asap!
